As a vendor I have experienced the professionalism of each vendor numerous times. When you hire and experience a job well done/above and beyond, tip!

I am in MN. 15% is custom/average. 20% is job well done.

    Thanks for your consideration.

By the way ... me and 8 other ladies spent 50 hours in Vegas for a friend's 50th Bday.

Our limo driver to/from the airport made sure to stop at all the photo opps in-between.

We felt like royalty. We acted like royalty. Upon our destination, he came around to our limo door and opened it for us. Our guest of honor held her hand out to be helped out.

    "And who are you?' Cinderfuckin'rella?"

That man got 20% from every Cinderfukin'rella that came out of the limo.

Guess who showed up when we checked out! Our Prince Charming!!!!!!

He went out of his way to treat us like royalty, did a great job, and yet we pushed the envelope.

At the very least 15%. Keep watch as to how he/she/limo is treated.

Who all do you tip? My photographer has her own business, so does she get tipped or only her helper? We are having 15 servers and 5 bartenders at our reception, do we tip each and everyone or just a flat rate to split? Then if the venue charges for use of a "planner" do we tip her above and beyond? Having an individual come to house to do hair and makeup. Do we tip her or thinking she included that in cost per person. Just a little confused since all those additional tips can add up very quickly.

@Allie Our venue already builds in a 20% gratuity for their staff. With that said, many venues do not build it in, so I would check your contract.

In my opinion, the servers and bartenders should also be tipped, if it's not included.
