Tips for vendors, etc

Okay, I booked an all inclusive venue, where the vendors are linked through them: the dj, the wedding coordinator, the bar and bartenders, the cake baker, the caterer, etc. the only people we had the find ourselves were the photographer, and officiant. Our venue did include a 22% service fee but when I asked, the gratuities were not included but wages and etc for everyone was.


How much should I tip??
