It’s wedding week! we get married on sunday!!!

question though- do you guys tip vendors if tip percentage is not included on the contract? is it necessary?? budget girl over here! but also…feel bad for not doing so. what’s recommended if we tip? just curious!

We did tips. Originally I budgeted for 20% for our vendors but that honestly seemed crazy for a few of them. So we discussed based on the length of the service, the fee, and whether they were the owner or just an employee of the company and came up with amounts that way. We had them all in envelopes labeled and easily able to give them out. I had my cousin take care of that part so I didn't have to stress

Always wait until after your wedding to tip. Things may happen during the day that you aren’t privy to until family or close friends tell you about afterwards.
You generally don’t tip the photographers or videographers if they are running their own business. However if they’re part of a large group and don’t own their own business, tipping is commonly done then.
