Title for little boy in wedding!

Sign Bearer?

We are not having our nephew carry rings, but he is still the ring bearer.

We are a little sign that says "we interrupt this marriage for football season" I think he will carry that.

Page?

Ok, thanks all for sharing! I love the sign idea instead of a typical ring bearer.

We are having someone do that in our wedding also and we called her the town crier because the person normally rings a bell and yells here comes the bride. But she is too shy but she will hold the sign...Lol

Most ring hearers don't carry the Riggs anymore. They still get called the ring bearer.

@pezzy- why would you call someone a ring bearer if they aren't carrying any rings?

I know you don't want them holding the real rings, but no one carries the little pillows with the fake rings anymore?

I've never been to a wedding where a little boy was in it at all. if there were kids it was more than one flower girl.

Think I'd call them something like a page boy. to me a page is a young boy that delivers a message.
