Title/responsibility for Guest

We are getting married 2/4/24💕 We have a dilemma🤔 We are having a small bridal party (2 & 2) because we are going away to Las Vegas and only inviting immediate family and a couple close friends. We originally were going to do 4 & 4 but we switched it when 2 of my friends sounded unsure if they’d be able to make it at all due to finance's, which I totally get, so I didn’t want to add pressure by asking them. With that being sad, my fiancé feels really bad about not including his brother-in-law due to this change (his 2 groomsmen/best men will be his 2 brothers & my bridesmaids are my sister and his sister). I also would love to include his brother-in-law in some way but I don’t like the idea of uneven bridesmaids & groomsmen. What are some ideas of ways we can include him?

Sort of related, at this point in time it does sound like they will be bringing both their children (one of which will not even be 1 year old by our wedding). Just thought I should add that in, in case that factors into anyones suggestions.
Thank you, thank you!!

My suggestion would be to get over your hang up with an uneven wedding party. Uneven parties are super common. And if this person means so much to your FH that he wants to make him a groomsman, he shouldn’t have to forfeit that just for aesthetics. Tbh, oftentimes uneven numbers actually make pictures look more interesting, less old fashioned, and less “cookie cutter”.

Friends and loved ones don't come in matched sets. I too would advise to get over the idea of an even wedding party.
