To underskirt or not to underskirt

Even with an under skirt, the train is still going to narrow like this when you walk. If you are wanting those gorgeous photos of the train all spread out during your ceremony, I would assign your maid of honor the task of quickly fluffing out your train when you get to the alter. You can have her do this for your photos after as well.

A hoop skirt will make it poof out more than a regular crinoline and may achieve the look you want.

I actually would NOT suggest a hoop skirt with your dress. It would poof around the immediate portion of your dress, but won't incorporate the train. So the train will end up looking like lifeless fabric you're dragging behind you.

A petticoat could add some volume to the skirt!

If you’re wanting to make the train not narrow in, maybe add some skirt weights to the end of it? That might be enough to keep it out more.
