Too many emails

Following because I feel your pain😂

I don’t get emails from WW, but there should be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of any emails like that.

I wish you could reduce the alerts

View Quoted Comment Lol don’t feel dumb. The emails drove me batty for a long time and I *thought* I’d tried to turn them off before. I got so fed up one day I went to change my email address in the settings to my junk email and it was only THEN that I noticed I could un-tick a box 🤣🤣

Hey! You can use the "Manage Preferences" link at the bottom of each notification email, and you can also unsubscribe from specific types of email notifications in your account settings: Account Settings - Notifications. That lets you see what types you're subscribed to, and lets you change your preferences any time you want. Hope that helps!!

It should be pretty quick. Did you both do it on each of your accounts? Did you hit "save changes" after unticking the boxes? When you check back now are the boxes ticked or unticked?

It took maybe 24-48 hours max!
