Too much cleavage?

Is this too much cleavage for engagement photos? I’m hoping she can position me in ways that won’t be too front on. I love the dress so much but I’m still nervous about it.

I love the dress but it's you that needs to feel. Comfortable. As you can see, it's basically split in this discussion so that's just how it will be in the real world too. So do what makes you shoot and what makes you feel sexy

The dress is really pretty But I think may restrict poses that your photographer want you guys to try. I think you’d be constantly worrying if your boobs are coming out and readjusting the dress too much to enjoy your shoot. Imo

You have a beautiful figure, but I don't think this dress fits your chest. Yes, it's low-cut and fairly revealing, but it also looks like there is a significant discrepancy between the "cup-size" of the dress (made quite obvious by the underwire styling of the bodice) and your breasts. I think the fit issues are likely to be very apparent in your photos. You have an incredible figure that deserves to be shown off if that's what you are comfortable with, but this dress doesn't seem like a good match to your upper body. I'm so sorry, I don't say this to be rude. I'm the mom of an absolutely stunning daughter who has been a 36 DD since she was about 14 years old. As a teenager she insisted on buying prom-type dresses in the juniors section, like her much smaller chested friends did.... They were not typically a good fit for her chest. She is in her mid-20s now and will look at old pictures and wonder what she was thinking. If you're questioning whether this is the "right" dress, it isn't. Good luck!

I think the dress is beautiful but agree with others you may be limited in poses and don’t want to feel uncomfortable. I personally don’t feel it’s “too revealing “ but you’ve gotta be comfortable.

It's a beautiful dress and fits you so well! To me it would be too busty for engagement photos - to me its more "sexy" than "pretty" and the neckline/bustline doesn't really fit the rest of the silhouette, which seems a bit more "classic romantic" to me. However, what matters is how you feel in it. If you normally have your girls on display and feel confident and comfortable than the cut of this dress may be totally appropriate for you. If you find yourself doubting the dress, then I feel like it probably isn't the right dress for you.

Alternatively, you could always have a bit of illusion mesh/lace fabric added to the plunge area of the bust to make it a bit more discrete without ruining the overall look of the dress.

I also agree with others comments on the color being VERY close to your skin tone. Unless you are planning to get a tan first, I would opt for a different dress in a different color that provides a little more contrast against your skin.

I agree with the others--you clearly look amazing in that dress, but I'd be afraid that it might limit the number of poses that you could do with your photographer for the shoot

You look beautiful in that dress, but it does seem like it would complicate the types of poses you're able to do
