That's a LOT of bling. If you have the body to pull it off, why not. Personally, I couldn't do it, though. Out of curiosity, who is the designer?

I'm sure you love it, but frankly- I think it's awful. It's way too over the top- for ANY bride.

Then again, I also hate the keyhole on anything, and sheer on a wedding dress just oozes slutty to me... but that's a personal opinion. Leave that stuff for only your husband to see...

I don't think it looks vintage- it's pretty over the top.

I don't know the designer. I'm fresh at this and just saving google images to my desktop. Where's the keyhole thing? Oh, there it is.

I'm not a huge fan, I don't like the sheer and all that sparkle!!! lol. I do like the shoulders on it and the sweet heart neckline.

personally im not a huge fan of the mermaid skirt but thats because i have a huge butt and hips.

but i am sure you can find on like this that you dont have to worry about it being "over the top"

check out maggie sotero. she is WONDERFUL and i think she does the style you are looking for, ill post a pic in a second

If you're going for a vintage look you should look at more lace options. This dress reads glam to me, not vintage.

What is the rest of your wedding going to be like? If that's the only thing that's going to be at level then scratch that idea. I could see JLo wearing that on her wedding day. But, she has the body for that and the rest of her wedding is going to reflect her dress also. You don't have a vintage theme wearing that dress. I would wear that to a party not a wedding for sure. I like the dress though, and personally I couldn't pull it off.

Honestly, nothing about that dress says vintage to me. And it's definitely not my taste AT ALL. I'm with Meghan, leave something to be desired.

The keyhole is the hole between the boobies.

It looks very much like a Pnina Tornai. She is known for over the top, slightly slutty/skanky looking dresses. She loves sheer stuff too...

There's nothing "vintage" about that dress.

At 41, do you really want to look like a Russian whore who put glue on themselves and rolled around in Swarovski crystals?

    Yep, It's a Pnina. Style 4083.

And just so you are aware- her dresses start at $5,000. This one, is probably close to $25,000.

Try Alfred Angelo and David Bridal, and pick up a bridal magazine that has other designers in it. It's not that you'll necessarily find THE dress that way, but you'll start finding a type of dress you like- similarities between them, etc.
