It depends on the theme, but it looks a little more bachelorette than bridal shower to me personally. It is cute though!

It's a great dress but who will be there? Just your friends, or your grandma and FMIL?

While it’s not my style, it think it would be ok. Keep in mind if you’re sitting to open presents you’ll need to be extra careful not to give your guests a show.
I wore a short skirt for Christmas one year and my family plays a game where we sit in front of everyone. Yeah it wasn’t so great, lol.

I love it! IIRC, this was her dress for their rehearsal dinner/welcome party. That atmosphere was carnival themed, so her fun and casual dress (with those amazing shoes!) totally fit. What’s the vibe of your shower??

It’s better suited for a bachelorette, assuming yours is fancier. If it fits your style and you don’t care what others in attendance think, then go for it.

I personally don't think it is "daytime" appropriate.

I would not wear that when you're going to be the center of attention and your in laws are going to be present.

That's more of a bachelorette dress. Super cute but short as heck

This would definitely be inappropriate for a family-friendly wedding shower in my circle. I think it really depends on your own family/friend circle whether this is appropriate for you to wear. And also on the vibe/venue of the event. It is going to be a party vibe at a funky venue with cocktails and friends? (If so, this could work!) Or is it going to be a lowkey event at a family member’s house? (If so, it’s probably best to save it for the bachelorette party)

I think it depends on where it falls on your body/legs . I wouldn’t be comfortable in something super short knowing I’d be sitting opening presents (not so easy to maneuver without a show !)

It's beautiful!! I love it. However, just make sure to have a towel or blanket across and over your legs just in case especially for when you are sitting down. And just like what everyone else says, know your circle. This style does comes off looking sexy, so if you have guests that are conservative then just be mindful of that. But if you could care less about what they think then just do it! Smiley smile

    I agree with the others.

Cute dress, but more appropriate for a bachelorette than a shower. I think it's too short and too sexy for a shower, which is typically a daytime event. For me that dress is more appropriate for a night out than brunch.

However it totally depends on your comfort level and your crowd of guests. I wouldn't wear it for a shower, but you know your friends and family better than any of us do.
