Christian Ceremony- I really want to have our officiant have both sets of parents come up and do a prayer with us

Really good DJ -I've been to a lot of weddings that the music sucks and no one is dancing. I want the dance floor filled .

Photographer - I do not want one whose going to take pictures of shoes, cake and flowers. I want photos of my guests enjoying themselves, candid photos of my family and friends and no typical posing pictures like my and my fiance looking out into the distance! and uber photoshopped pictures lol

    Food

I can show up in a paper bag but if everyone is having a great time with amazing food I would feel like my day went amazing!

    1. Photographer TOPS my list because great pictures are what you remember, if the venue doesn't have it then we'll go outside for our pictures (and take many before and after the venue)

    2. BP Attire.... ugh I just want everyone to look good. So I am on a nonstop search for great/cute/hot-but not inappropriate/ flattering BMs dresses and custom bow ties for the GMs (FH loves his bow ties)

    3. DJ/ Food Tie

Venue doesn't make my top list, I told FH I would have the reception in a nice tent in a nice park if it didnt require all the step up, break down, and coordinating work

    1) Photography. Hands down (Videography isn't necessary but I want to capture as many memories as possible)

    2) Venue with flexibility of bringing in outside vendors/Space

    3) Food/Alcohol

Actual cost: Reception venue (including food & bar), photographer, dress

Real priority: Venue/food/bar, ceremony music, photographer

Photographer- Wedding photos are the most important to me. I don't want to look back at crappy photos from a beautiful day.

-My photographer is important, but I don't feel like we splurged because the price is similar to many other photographers in our area.

-I also feel like we might splurge on the honeymoon; we will take many future vacations, but we will only get one honeymoon.

Food, food, and food. 90% of our budget went to the reception venue and food.
