Torn between 2 dresses

I was supposed to get married in December this year. I got my wedding dress in March right before COVID hit and fell in love with this simple yet elegant off the shoulder satin ballgown Torn between 2 dresses 1
we recently decided to postone until next December and I was still getting emails from David's Bridal about new gowns coming in. Since I am now waiting a whole another year to get married I decided to check out some new arrivals and liked a few. i made a second appointment to get my curiosity out of the way. I SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT. lol i picked out and fell in love with this dressTorn between 2 dresses 2
now I'm torn. I absolutely love both dresses and not sure what to do. the ONLY thing I'm hesitant about with the second dress is I am self conscious about my arms and thats a reason why I loved the off the shoulder gown because it covers my arms without wearing long sleeves. so I really want to hear some honest opinions of what looks better. i would appreciate your feed back! 😊

    I really love the first dress on you. It’s a very flattering neckline, and classic, elegant, and beautiful.


    The second dress is nice, but not as nice as the first. I’m not a fan of the lace on the second dress.
    Just my two cents worth. I’d stick with dress #1.

    They're both beautiful. You can't go wrong with either of them. If I had to pick, I would go with #2 since it appears to have a better fit.

    They're both so pretty!! I think the first one is my favorite - it's so elegant, and has just enough detail with the belt. I don't think you can go wrong with either one though.

    Both dresses are beautiful! I personally used to struggle with the way my arms looked, but I realized that no one really pays as close attention as we do ourselves. I think the second dress is a little more of a statement. The first one is beautiful and elegant and will look amazing for a December wedding. The Second one is a bit bold and dramatic and it really catches your eye, I think its absolutely lovely. I honestly would pick the second dress.

    I have that first dress...exactly that dress. Took it for alterations today ha ha. I personally do not like the second dress for a wedding dress rather a reception dress. I feel the first one is more bridal but that is just me. I would go with option 1.

    Yes! I love the first one because of how simple and elegant it is and felt like it wouldn't take away from me as a whole. but I love the second because it is more of a bolder statement dress that I feel will stick out and be memorable. thanks for your input!

    Yaay! dress twinsies! it is a gorgeous dress and I actually felt the same way about the first dress made me feel more bridal than the second dress. I love the second dress but I just felt like it was a beautiful dress I or someone could wear at like a really formal event or something

    No matter what dress you pick it will be absolutely beautiful! It probably will just boil down to which dress you feel more confident in, which one you feel most yourself, and which one resembles how you want to look and feel! Let us know what you choose!

    I like dress #2. Make sure to think how the dress will wear through the night. You dont want to be adjusting all through your ceremony/reception.

    I’m personally not a fan of satin, but I think dress #1 looks beautiful on you and would be great for a December wedding.
    I’m self conscious about my arms too, but fell in love with a strapless gown- go figure. Since we’re having an outdoor wedding and it’s expected to be around 50 degrees I got a shark- which would definitely be appetite for winter if you decided on dress #2 and wanted to cover your arms.

    You look gorgeous in both dresses!! I think the first one looks more flattering. But for me personally I would be way more comfortable in the second dress.
