Transportation Ladies!!!

We're not having any special transportation. It is unnecessary unless your venue is on private property that doesn't allow cars/Ubers. Your guests are adults and can figure out their own transportation. Save the money for something else.

We rented a trolley. This was just for the wedding party. Other guests made their own arrangements getting to our venue, but this was easy since we're in a major city and the venue was only 10-15 minutes away from the hotel

I think it ran us about $900 for a 4 hour rental period (we stopped at a couple locations to take photos with the wedding party). This was in summer 2019. For us this was more cost effective than splitting people into 2 limos because everyone could fit on the trolley (the wedding party, our photographer, second shooter, and our coordinator).

Doing the same thing - renting a Trolley. It's just going to be for the wedding party (and spouses) plus the photographer. There are certain places I want the wedding photos to be at, and this was by far the least expensive option. Actually, the Trolley will pick up my girls and I from my house (all dressed for wedding) and bring us to the venue. We have it for 3 hours, so plenty of time.Rental is $500 +/-

Hey Symmone our best man is handling it I told him its doesn't have to be a limo but a nice car. Will do. So its a luxury car or a nice buicks truck are looking real nice. They have great day nice cars to rent and still you looking amazing in and out for pictures.

Hey there we rented private cars for guest to be transported from Los Angeles to Riverside which is about an hour and 15 minutes away. We paid for point to point drop off so they will circle back to us by 1130 to pick up At the end of the evening. I don’t like party buses and I don’t like limos so we just went with private chauffeured cars since we use it all the time.

Our hotel provides a shuttle service to the venue. We will be renting a town car for transportation from the venue to the rehearsal dinner and back to the hotel. We will also likely rent a car to pick up international guests from the airport. In my opinion, you should provide transportation at least to and from the venue if there will be alcohol.

I've been struggling with this as well. I advised guests to stay at/ near the hotel in the same building as our reception to avoid anyone having to worry about transportation at the end of the night. I'm also planning to arrange a shuttle service from that hotel to the church and back for the ceremony since most of our guests are out of state. FH had suggested a limo, but I'm not sure if it would fit everyone we'll need to drive around. I've seen trolleys and party busses, so maybe we'll check those out.

We rented a mini van for the day and are paying a friends brother a small fee and when he is not driving guests from parking to venue he can enjoy the food and venue. Win Win for us and him.
