Question about getting ready and transportation. I am getting a room block for my guests at a hotel about 15 minutes from my venue. My fiancé and I are not thrilled with the idea of getting ready in a hotel so he may get ready at his parents house and I will get an air bnb. We are getting transportation from the hotel to the venue and back but how do we get ourselves and our bridal party to the venue? We are all also staying at the hotel so would need things there and to check in as well.

You can use a shuttle service. Ask the hotel if they have any recommendations.

I’d ask your transportation company if they can add on services from the getting ready locations. Can I ask why you don’t want to get ready at the hotel?

You can do Uber blacks. That way it’s a nicer car & you can schedule ahead. A couple weddings I went to this year did this because their venue was like 5 min away from their getting ready location & not worth the money to pay for a transport service.
