Transportation

How are they getting to ceremony? Are they going to have cars there? Are you allowing SO's on the bus too? How are the getting back to the ceremony after the reception if they have to get themselves to the ceremony? Just all good things to think about. It's a nice thing to do, but only if you have the whole day/day after logistics planned out as well.

Our ceremony & reception was at one place, so we provided transportation for everyone to and from. I wouldn't provide transportation from ceremony to reception unless you plan it for hotel/house to ceremony and back, since everyone will have their cars at the ceremony space most likely. We hired a 14 person shuttle bus for bridesmaids & moms & me, it left at 9 AM from our blocked hotel (everyone was at this hotel) and went to the venue. At 2 PM, it came and picked up all the groomsmen & groom & dads, and went to the venue. We spent our time getting ready in the bridal suite & groom's suite until the ceremony. We had two 55 person guest buses pick up guests at our main blocked hotel (most everyone was in this hotel - a few weren't bus just ubered or drove to the hotel prior) and take everyone to the ceremony at 5, then at the end of the wedding (around 11) the two 55 person buses took all guests & wedding party back then bride & groom took their own limo. We did have around 15 guests drive, the other 105 all took the buses.
