Guys why is transportation beginning to be the hardest to figure out?! I’m trying to plan transportation from the hotel to the venue( same place as reception. It’s about a 30 min drive between.
At first I Was like okay let’s do lyft vouchers. Then I looked at party buses for all the guests. Then I thought party bus for all the bridal party and then everyone can figure it out on their own. But all options don’t seem to be working out. Is anyone else struggling with this?
The party bus would be ideal except it will only be able to make two trips before and after. One of those trips will only be the bridal party and parents. Second trip will be 25 people. That leaves several not being able to get the bus and having them drive or getting their own Lyft. Limited parking at venue causes another wrench in the situation. Help.

Could you do a separate vehicle for guests? The company we used had a few different options for rental vehicles, and we were able to book a limo for the bridal party and then a bigger bus for our guests.

The company’s largest bus seats 25 people. I guess I could look into a bus for the guests and see how much a limo would be for the wedding party. It just seems to be the task that is getting to be overly complicated. Thank you! I’ll look into this because I want all options!
