You can do a travel sized bottle of hand sanitizer aha that seems fitting for the times

You could do personalized luggage tags, cute passport books,small compasses, map-themed favors like bottle openers or reusable wine corks. There is an Etsy shop that sells mini chocolate bars and the wrappers are maps.

I should add the boxes are 3 in 2 in x 1 in so kinda small.

I’d do chocolates from Belgium or a candy from Mexico or something. Like something you’d get while traveling but an editable favor.

That is a really cute theme for the favors! Since you are already doing luggage tags, I would put a snack/something edible in the boxes. The chocolate bars wrapped in maps that were suggested in a previous comment would be a cute way to keep the theme going!

I would do some kind of candy from around the world maybe where each person/household gets a different kind

If you have the travel boxes that I'm thinking of (I used the same / similar for a retirement last year) We just kept it simple and put personalized Hershey kisses inside. I like the idea of your mints. And since you're already including a luggage tag, I think that is really the wedding favor and the box is just "fun" - hope that kinda makes sense. You could put personalized stickers outside the travel box that says "Just Married" to make it cute
