Tree/Shrub Like Centerpieces (I don't think it's manzanita?)

I'm looking to use tree/shrub centerpieces that are skinny and tall but spread out at the top. I found pictures of something similar and I've been searching through google and pinterest to find an answer but no luck. I keep finding manzanita branch centerpieces but they aren't quite what I'm looking...

I actually was doing a tree as well. Our theme is Under the Willow Tree. I got these and some Ivy to go around the bases to dress them up a bit. I figured it doubles as the candles. It's not quite so floral, but I really wanted the willow to stand out. It will be paired with mirrors and black tablecloths.

I think what you're looking at was manufactured by a florist or something. It doesn't look like a real shrub, but I could be wrong. What happens if you reverse google search the image? Does it come up with the title?
