Trouble with guest list

One of the glitches of wedding wire that I've seen people mention on here, unfortunately. Have you tried deleting those guests and readding? Can you even search for those guests on the actual rsvp page of your site?

Grrrr....I just tried deleting and readding and it worked. And searching rsvp's for those guests came up with nothing. I think you're right...glitchy, glitchy, glitchy! Thanks

If you click on the guest to edit them, do they show that they are invited to the wedding? If the option isn't selected they won't show up as a guest that is RSVPing for the wedding.

Sorry, I was on the mobile app so that is what my screen looked like. When I go onto my computer this is what I mean: when you add a guest you have to check the box that they are invited to the wedding in order for them to have the option to RSVP to it.

Has anyone noticed their groups are gone? Mine are gone and everyone is just unassigned

Hi Stephanie,

It looks like your linked guests are on the 'Overview', but still need to be added to the Wedding guest list itself.

To do this, go to Guest List, select 'Wedding', select '+Guest' (blue button on the left) and a list of names will populate. Click 'Select All' and Save.

Once you've added them, they will be able to RSVP on your wedding site.

None of my child guests are showing up in the final guest count which caused me to go way over my target. I tried changing them back to adults to get them in the final count and the my list is not updating... How can I get them on them to export to the spreadsheet ask guests?

I've tried entering my guest list as an excel file and cvs file so many times, using the template from WeddingWire, and it just tells me it's an 'invalid file format, please use template'. Theres over 250 names. Any ideas?
