I did some research. You could try some local boutiques in your area like B. Loved Bridal Boutique & La Jeune Mariee to see if they have designers, styles, and gowns within your price range! Both of these Columbus bridal boutiques have high ratings and many Pinterest-worthy designer options!

David's Bridal also has a great selection of dresses in a variety of styles and price points. They offer dresses by many designers and are reputably great about alterations and fitting deadlines & appointments. You can check out some of their dresses on the David's Bridal website to see what they have available in-stores near you, and further filter by your budget and style preferences too. I know they have many beautiful options under $100!

Have you looked at Lulus? They have a really nice collection of formal white dresses that could easily be wedding dresses!

There is a place in Hillsboro, OH that has pretty dresses for cheap. I am not sure if they are under $100, but some are extremely close. They only have dresses at a max of $400. Joyce King posted on Wedding Recycle and Resale - Southeast OH facebook group.
