Hello! I have seen this dress on Pinterest and have found some replicas, but they are still not the same as the dress in the pictures I have found. I am trying to find out who makes the exact dress in the photos. Any help would be appreciated! Trying to find this exact wedding dress 1

OK! I did some scrounging and some reverse google image searching, and here is what I found.
The dress is mentioned in this wedding article:
https://chicvintagebrides.com/modern-vintage-christmas-tree-farm-wedding-inspiration-garnet-copper/
in that article it says the dress is by Calla Blanche - https://www.callablanche.com/ and was purchased from Inverness Bridal in Scotland. There's no date on the original post, although it is tagged 2017/2018, so I imagine it is from a collection dating from them.

Ok just looking this up there are a few used and preowned on still white, preowned wedding dresses and Poshmark. Go get your dress!
