Trying to move May 30th wedding = Headache😫

How have you May brides been dealing with this? 1st off my venue has very limited dates I can move the wedding to and 2nd trying to get my vendors on those dates have been hectic, do I just accept the fact of having to pay cancellation fees for some and somehow try to find new vendors within 4 months if a July date becomes available like the venue says might happen? I'm so torn and frustrated by this darn virus!! Please give opinions, I'm open to all at this point.
