2-3 years! I teach kindergarten, so I'm around enough little people for now and FH is still in school. Plus, we want to have a few years to just enjoy being married and travel and have all kinds of fun before we totally settle down.

As much as I'll like to start immediately, FH doesn't. So we agreed to start trying after 6 months. But like you, I want one now!

I got pregnant a few months after the wedding. I gave birth to my 2nd child (now 18) with my first ex 5 days after my 1 yr anniversary. 3rd child (now 16) 2 yrs after... and 4th child (turning 12 next month) 4 yrs after. I got fixed after my 4th child. People think Im 25 (even tho im not) so now im able to play more w my fh which I love!

Planning to wait 2 years after the wedding so I can finish law school, get settled in a new job, and enjoy a little time with FH without having to study during every free minute.

I was thinking about 5 years or so. it's too far away to be sure though, a lot could change financially between now and then, but I think that's the target date unless we do much better than expected.

We got married June 18th of this year. My husband is a medical doctor and I am in Graduate school and will be moving to Manhattan for a few months in a year for school. Along with that and running a business we don't have enough time for children plus we want to have the opportunity to travel, party and enjoy each other before bringing another person into the relationship.

We are planning to wait 7-10 years.

We haven't even decided if we want kids. I can't even imagine having children right now. Granted, we're 25 and FH still has two more years left in his doctoral program. I want to both be making real money and have time to enjoy that before kids, so... If we decide to start a family, it'll be at least five years from now.

Somedays I think having a herd of dachshunds sounds like a much better alternative.

FH and I were just talking about this last night. Most likely within the next year. According to him, we have couple of trips to take first. But um, I'm not trying to wait forever. I'm sure we'll revisit this conversation again. ;-)

2-3 years. There are so many things we want to do and I want to save more and, potentially, find a new job.

We are going to wait a couple months after the wedding to ttc so I'm not ready to pop at my sisters wedding & also a lil selfishly so I can drink during our honeymoon. I think if it were up to FH we'd already be pregnant lol he grabs my stomach all the time & says "this is where my baby is going to live" . Still haven't decided if its weird or cute yet.

We already have 2 and are undecided about whether we want more. If we decide to have more we will wait until after our honeymoon in January. I don't want to wait too much longer though because ours are already 7!

It'll be either right away, or within six months. By the time we're married we will have been together 7 years. So, we feel like we won't miss out on a lot with a baby, since we've done SO much together already!
