TTC after wedding??

@TaroLovesMe, we're in the same boat. We're hoping to get pregnant before the wedding because I'm 35, he's 37, and I've already had two miscarriages.

There years till we go TTC...I have school and we're not financially sound enough for a baby...I plan to spoil the hell out of my child!

We're not trying, not preventing now...but we won't be actually trying until 6-12 months after the wedding.

We plan on waiting a couple years. We will try when I am 29/30

We're waiting a little over a year. Though if it were up to me we would have been TTC 2 years ago, haha. BABY FEVER.

Briggitte, I'm glad I'm not the only one with a really long wait! We are waiting until about 9 years after the wedding. He wants to try in about 3 years after the wedding, but I want to wait until I'm finished with my residency. I really don't want to be pregnant during medical school or while I'm working 80+ hours a week in a hospital.

We will wait just a couple months, only because he wants to wait until after his heart surgery which will be right when we get back from the honeymoon. He doesn't want me pregnant while he undergoes surgery and be stressed out. (We are both 38)

When he decides to get out of the navy, so 20 years! haha JK

2-3 years, if I have it my way!

We gor married 10-11-12 and our family wants to wait 10plus years ( I just turned 21) my husband says about 6 and i am like i want one nowww (( even though I'm in school full time and working full time . mostly will end up being 4-5 years but will see . also i want four kids all 3 years a part so i don't want to wait to lon g

We always said 5 years after we get married, if we feel we want to do that..but it's coming up on our 2nd anniversary and we both are still adamant about 5 years lol..so the time frame is moving with us. We are in no rush..if we have to end up adopting then we are cool with that. :-)

We're waiting for two and half years after the wedding....because that's when my birth control comes out. I also mean we're as in i'm making a decision because he feels we'll never be ready for kids...but who is now a days?

Probably not for several years. We aren't sure if we want children yet. Either way, I'll be starting grad school next year and I need to focus on that. I'm pretty young (23 now), so there is time to decide and see how things go!

Originally we were going to start trying about 2-3 months after since we're going on our honeymoon later. But then we decided to put it off another year. I know we shouldn't wait too long but we both really want to be able to enjoy ourselves for a bit before our time is consumed by someone else. We both really want children but I think it's better to enjoy your time together first. Mainly because the last couple years we were in school, then saving for a house, and now planning a wedding. It's always "something" so we want to take a year off to just do nothing but what we want.

I had just started graduate school when we married. I insisted we wait till I was done before we start our family. That was about 4 years later.

We're going to wait 2 years from 2013, so yeah like a year after we get married. We definitely need to enjoy married life for at least a year.

We are going to try immediately, I already have a daughter from an ex boyfriend (surprise baby) and she will be 5 by the time we get married. I'll be 33 when we are married (he's younger) and I don't want to wait any longer to try to have one more.

I will be 21 when we get married and I want a baby ASAP. If it were up to me and we weren't having a real wedding I'd do it now!! I was born to be a mom and I don't want to wait any longer!! my FH is nervous but is happy to start our family right away!!

We are trying after the wedding! I know this a little to much information, but I am ovulating so I am taking advantage! We want a baby, a blessing more then anything and with us getting older we want one! Hopefully we make a little miracle, soon!

We will have another right after.

At least 2 years, possibly 3 or 4. Want to wait until FH is done with grad school and settled into a career.
