Tulle and Chantilly?

Can you find a BBB rating? I bought my dress through cocomelody and did extensive research for reviews. Regardless there is always a risk buying online

I ALMOST went with them! I opted not to, the bad reviews scared me. And the emails (although responsive), clearly showed they weren't sent from the United States and some were hard for me to understand. Plus they had no phone number in case you had to call. I've known 2 brides to use them. Both times, the girls used custom sizing and when it arrived they had to get it altered because it didn't fit. The dresses are so pretty though!

View Quoted Comment My experience was great! I ordered middle of March and received my dress about 2 months later. I ordered a standard size instead of custom measurements. In my research most ppl who had negative experiences did customizations of some sort so I stayed away from that. My dress fit perfect and looks amazing. I attached some photos. I unfortunately dont have any of it on me since I have no one to take the photo.

I know this is from forever ago but just in case anyone tries to read these I'll share my experience.
This company is the biggest scam I have ever delt with. All three dresses ordered came in the wrong size and the craftsmanship is horrible. The cups are in a really weird spot on all the dresses and the color is so far away from the color Swatch they sent.
Now the company is basically refusing to give me my money back. It has been 3 weeks of arguing and of course, they are a Chinese company so you can only contact via email and they only reply at night. Horrible experience
