Two maids of honor... who plans?

I would reach out and say “I want to get started with bachelorette plans and just wanted to make sure you haven’t planned anything yet. I’d love to get your input if you’re interested in helping! I’m also fine with taking the lead if planning isn’t your thing.”

I have two matrons of honor, one is my sister and one is my best friend. I've been keeping both in the loop on everything; however, because my sister is our of state, she knows there's only so much she can help with. I would suggest reaching out and letting the bride know you're there to help with anything at all whether it be wedding planning, bachelorette party planning, wedding shower, etc. I would also create a group chat via text or facebook so that all three of you can plan together because having three opinions is better than just two!

They could co plan. I'm sure that's what my sisters are gonna do

I think both of them could plan together if they wanted to!

I have a Matron and Maid of Honor. They've been planning things together. My Matron of Honor has taken care of the hotel reservations as her dad is in the industry and got us a GREAT deal on our stay, but I believe everything else has been done together. I'm not really involved in the conversations for the bachelorette because they wanted to do everything for it.

I had two moh and two other bridesmaids. They just all planned it together

This! Reach out again and see if she would like to co-plan, needs help for anything she is planning, or let you take the lead. You two should be communicating for sure!
