Uber codes for guests transportation

We didn't provide transportation at our wedding because our hotel block was super close to our venue, but I've received an Uber code as a guest before and it worked out really well. The bride and groom included cute little cards with the Uber codes in the welcome bags for guests at the hotel block. They were very easy to use, and I heard the bride and groom ended up spending around half of what they would have on a shuttle.

That would definitely be nice for your guests! Guest transportation isn't expected for the wedding day, so an Uber code would be a helpful touch!!

I also think printing the code on a small card is smart so your guests have the info on hand!

Hi, would love to hear how this works & pricing!! We were planning to provide transportation, though this could definitely be something for us to consider! My only concern would be car availability & possible wait time if everyone is trying to get somewhere at the same time? Has anyone had experience using this is the past? how has it worked?

View Quoted Comment I was able to get in touch with Uber through email... for some reason I can’t get codes for my guests because apparently I have a business account (which I still don’t understand how I created that lol and why I can’t do the codes for my guests) so they said I could get gift cards instead and gift them to whoever is staying at the hotel. I may just do that... I’m a little upset because they didn’t explain it very well 🤷🏻‍♀️
