Uber codes: quantity/amount

Liane, on February 15, 2022 at 4:29 PM Posted in Planning 0 1
I'm planning to offer Uber vouchers to my guests for my wedding. The vouchers can be for any amount and quantity, provided I'm not offering more than $3,000. (So, price times quantity must be less than 3000). Does anyone have advice for how I should be thinking about the number and value of vouchers I offer? E.g. what percent of your guests utilized them?

In case it's relevant: there are 3 main locations (venue, hotel, after party) that are all within 5 miles of each other but not walkable.

Uber and Lyft both have fare calculators on their website - I'd just input hotel-venue and venue-after party and make the code whichever cost the most. So, for example, if the website estimates $20 to get from the hotel to the venue and $25 from the venue to the after party, I'd go with $25 so guests are covered for whenever they choose to use it.
