UGLY CARPETING?!?!?!!

You're overthinking it. I doubt people will notice or comment on it.

If it's an ugly pattern then you're fine. If there's some kind of unknown funk or mold or something on it, then yea that would be an issue.

No one will notice it. When you get tables, chairs, dancefloor, humans on top of it? It's a no brainer.

Most banquet halls/places that hold weddings have ugly ass carpeting lol you'll be fine I wouldn't even notice

You're over thinking it. As @MrsComo mentioned, as long as it's clean, you should be fine! No one will notice the carpeting while they're eating, drinking, and dancing

I'm not fond of my carpet either but we'll barely see any of it after all the tables and the dance floor gets put in.

It is brand new as is the Hotel, it is just ugly (in my opinion) it doesnt match our wedding. But again you really can not see much of it. Maybe i am overthinking it, Thank you both!!

I'm sorry, I have to laugh because I freaked out about the same exact thing. No one noticed the carpet. I thought it would really stick out in pictures but, it didn't. Not with all the table cloths & decor, etc... We decided to stick with our venue & I'm so happy that we did!

You will probably be the only one who really notices the carpet... people and tables will be covering it the whole night.

It doesn't matter, no one will remember what the floor looked like

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I saw a few places where the carpeting made me nervous, but realized once everything is said and done and the lights are dimmed you won't be able to see it.

When I first saw my venue it was after an event and it was all decorated and had tables set up. I didn't even realize how ugly the floor was until I saw it without tables and chairs.

I was able to mostly ignore the carpet at my venue It wasn't the worst carpet pattern in the world, but it wasn't great!

What is wrong with the carpet at yours?

Mine is like bad colors, purple, green and beige... which totally clashes with my wedding colors: navy, pink and gold.... TOTALLY off and its in a weird zig zag pattern... YUCK!

I was thinking the same thing. The place we are going to see today, from the pictures the carpet is horrible! If anyone has time to pay attention to the ugly carpet.....They probably should not be there, LBVS.
