My mom was a single mother and I was raised with my grandparents and my uncle. Ideally my grandfather would have been the one I would do my father/daughter dance but he passed away a few years ago. The closest father figure I have in my life is my uncle. He is going to officiate my wedding and I want to do the father/daughter dance with him. I’m having a hard time finding a song. I want something emotional because he’s a pretty mushy guy

    That is so sweet. What kind of music doee he like and about how old are you? I would start by researching songs in his preferred genre around the time you were growing up to trigger happy memories.
