Underestimated our guest list

Allaura, on November 29, 2021 at 1:19 PM Posted in Planning 0 4
So after further review we are going to add like 10 people to the guest list. Not that big of a deal but who do I need to tell and when should I tell them?

Are you asking which vendors need to know that you're adding 10 people? It looks like your wedding is November 2022 - at this moment, none of your vendors should need an exact count until next fall. Your caterer, venue, and cake baker would all probably need exact counts within a few weeks of your wedding day.

I'm guessing no-one right now, as long as the capacity of your venue fits your group. Also make sure it's within your budget, but that would be all for now.

As long as you can still fit within the capacity of your venue, no one needs to know. Final headcounts are typically sent to vendors 2-4 weeks before your wedding.

Early on the vendors just want a ballpark figure. They should give you a date for when they need the exact count by.
