Uneven wedding party

Our wedding party will be 4 on my side, 1 on his. To make matters funnier, the 1 person on his side will be my sister, who is his best woman. They've been super close since we've met. My matron of honor is my best friend and then my 3 bridesmaids are my 3 cousins who are like my sisters. They way I look at it, these 5 people are the most important people in our lives so I don't care if it's uneven or if they are all ladies. It's your day, your rules

He has three groomsmen confirmed and one maybe (the fourth GM has been dealing with family issues and is not sure if he can do it). Plus, he now is considering including his 9-year-old nephew as a junior groomsman. I have three bridesmaids and one bridesman (my brother). I'm not sure how we'll have them walk down the aisle, but I'm assuming my wedding coordinator will probably have some good ideas because she's amazing.

Ours is uneven. Same with me, one of my 2 MOHS is preggo and due on my wedding date. So I know she won't be there no matter what. I'll have a smaller party than FH, but who cares. No one pays attention to this. What matters is you have someone or a few who will help celebrate with you and make you laugh. At the very least (or most??!) you get to be married to your best friend. Focus on that. Numbers don't matter.

It's a non factor. I had 2, he had 1. No biggie.

We have 5 groomsmen vs 4 bridesmaids..Don't feel pressured into asking more or less people just to have even 'sides'

I have an uneven number. Right now, it's 4 bridesmaids and 2 groomsmen, though it will likely end up being 4-3.
