Our wedding is May 15th and our venue let us know that we could proceed, but we will need to cut our guest list down to 100 people. We were originally expecting 160. Can you ladies show me examples of a un-invite card you've sent out?

The only polite way to do that is send out a cancellation notice.

Basically say that wedding is no longer occurring because you are not able to fit them.. No matter which route you go, there will be hurt feelings so be prepared for that.

Ahh gotcha. Yeah we fully expect that, but we’re not really left with any other choice. We already postponed and they are not allowing it again.
