Unique wedding guestbook ideas?

My FH and I have been toying around with whether or not to have a guestbook. If we do, it will likely be non traditional. We don’t necessarily want to do the Polaroid thing. I’ve been looking into things like voice recordings but we’re not sure what we’d do with it afterwords? Has anyone thought of...

I’m going to get an engagement photo of us cartoon-ized and have guests sign around it!

So I was also not a fan of the traditional wedding guestbook as they are all partially filled and you don't usually look at it again. My fiance and I were looking for non traditional ideas. So the four that we looked at were online if you want to know sites let me know. First was a puzzle guest book, we both are into board games and things. Everybody signs a piece and you have it as a display item for the wall or table. Many designs for this from hearts to trees. Second was an art piece that was on artist paper or canvas it was a drawing of a bare tree, as people signed on the branches it filled the tree up then you display it. Third was a photo book. You select your favorite pics of you and your fiance or trips or anything really and this company puts them into a photo book. You design the layout, they produce it. People sign on the edges of each page and you always keep it because it's the two of you and easier to keep and display. I loved this idea as it was personal and guests can look at photos of the couple. (I may still do this as we have a couple of trips coming up and it would be great to have this just as a keepsake). The one we chose since our theme is rustic romantic is chose a piece from someone on etsy, they are local and create beautiful wooden boards that they stain and add your names, date of wedding and your last initials. People sign all around your names on the board. We loved the look and will display it in the house after the wedding. Unique wedding guestbook ideas? 3
