Unity heart ceremony

I Ching wrote:

“When two people are as one in their inmost hearts,

they shatter even the strength of iron or of bronze.

And when two people understand each other in their inmost hearts,

their words are sweet and strong,

like the fragrance of orchids.”

George P. Morris wrote:

“Thou art the star that guides me

Along life’s changing sea;

And whatever fate betides me,

This heart still turns to thee.”

“From this day forward, you will be to each other the joy and the comfort the other one needs. You will be the listening heart to each other’s deepest thoughts and most fragile feelings. You will be the inspiration for each other’s most beautiful dreams. You will be each other’s refuge of sheltering love at the end of every day. From this day forward, you will be two halves of one whole soul.”

To demonstrate your union here today, You both have chosen to assemble The Unity Heart. One piece of the heart Representing you (holding up the outer piece), Groom , and one piece of the heart representing you (holding up the inner piece), Bride. When assembled together completion the Heart represents the Two of you becoming One with Faith (holding up the crystal peg); and it creates a beautiful memory of this day that will last a lifetime. How can someone include the children with the heart assembly?
