Just an idea, but I'm planning to use shutterfly.com to create a guest book using our engagment pics. The people would just write in the white space!

I used shutterfly and did pictures of us throughout our dating life and they even have a template where you can choose to put a few pages in with lines....I did some with and some without and people can choose where they want to write

I did a photo guest book at Walgreens. I think it was like 20$? hard to beat that.

You can get personal ones made through Etsy.com if you find a cool vendor - very easy! Also, if there is a papersource or papyrus near you - they usually have good options as well Happy hunting!
