EDIT: I started trying the parsley tea method on September 8th, a full wk before my period (was supposed to start on the 16th). First, I used dry organic parsley flakes to make the tea, adding honey for taste chugging it 2-3 times a day. I even ate some raw to try to speed up the process. Nothing happened. After 3 days of trying, I got discouraged and stopped. I started back up the next day on the 11th with fresh parsley. I chopped up fresh parsley to make the tea using the same method I did with dried parsley, drinking twice a day. I also did the vaginal pessary method with the fresh parsley which was awkward, changing every 12 hrs. By the afternoon of 9/12, I noticed light bloody discharge (tmi) when I went to change the pessary but I wasn't convinced so I did another pessary and only kept it in for a few hrs then sure enough, my period was full blown this morning! It should be gone by the time my Brazilian appt on 9/18 & definitely by our wedding day. Yay!
