So I purchased my dress over a month ago - it came to the store in Chicago and they are shipping it to my house in Ohio - haven't received it yet. I just looked it up on their website and it's discounted now! I looked up their return policy and it seems like I *should* be able to return it, but would they just refund me the difference?
Anyone have experience with this? @JoBu, I know you work there - any advice?

So the manager worked something out and they are refunding me the $432 difference. She asked for my credit card number and I told her my dad paid cash so they are sending me a check.
