UPDATED DIY MR AND MRS SIGN.

So yesterday I posted my mr and mrs sign and a lot of people said to make the letters darker. I didn't want to do eggplant because the ribbon on the bottom is eggplant so I found silver metallic paint in my drawer and decided to try that out. Since my wedding colors are eggplant ivory and silver.. im not done with it yet I need to go out today and get a smaller brush to paint the inside of the letters. And im also thinking of trying something glittery too. Before and after pictures

@supermanbride I totally agree!

@vicky I'm not that crafty lol. I went to michaels and got a wood plank and the already cut out wood letters. Then I wrapped it in ribbon and glued everything on

Still pretty crafty! I didn't even realize Michael's had the wooden letters. I love that you used ribbon for the purple, it gives such a great pop!

Yes it definitely its a million times better this way now I love it and can't wait to use it haha! Thank God for wedding wire forums and everyone's honest opinions
