Have you looked into having your ceremony on the actual beach? Have you looked into the event restrictions in the area?
Have you started looking into restaurants and beach clubs in the area that are facing directly onto the beach?

Hello, I haven't. It's just 2 of us so I don't need anything too elaborate but we'd like a scenic place for pics. Seems like a lot of restaurants want a larger party to make it worth their while which is totally sensible.

Have you found a local officiant to perform your ceremony? Perhaps you would be able to ask about the previous ceremonies they have performed in the area.
