Using Pink in a Late Fall Wedding?

Hey ladies! Has anyone got good examples of using pink in a late fall wedding? I'm not a hot pink girl, more of a pale/blush kind of color. I'm just curious how we could incorporate this into an October/November wedding. Thankfully we're going down South so there won't be any red and orange leaves!...

Well don't use too much black, like add pink sash on black dress or use black dress with pink bonquet.

Maybe a black dress with a pink sash, and have the MOH in a pink dress with a clack sash. Or have the flower girls in pink dresses, and add a pink sash to your dress.

There are plenty of ways to pull it off! But I think getting the guys to wear pink ties might be rough for them...

@Linda I love the background of that photo (Love is Sweet)! We're doing a photo booth and that would be so cute!

Well the good news is FH saw those two photos and liked them. He even warmed up to the idea of the boys wearing pink ties! I never thought that would happen!

@Lauren I love the roses in that hairstyle! Definitely something to consider that I hadn't thought of before. Thanks!

I love the idea of the navy and light pink, some people just can't pull off wearing black (I am one of them!) but navy is a much more forgiving colour for some. Maybe have navy dresses with pink sashes? My mom had dusty pink as one of her colours, and my Dad wore a bow-tie in that colour. She urged me to put my DH in a brown tie instead of teal (those were my colours) because when she looks at her wedding pics, it doesn't give her that "timeless" appeal she said she wanted (not that '80s weddings were timeless in any sense). Her other colour was a deep raspberry/wine colour, and she wishes she had used that for him instead of putting the GM in it. So whatever colour you use is most subtle, I would put your FH in that, and the more colourful/playful for GM. My tux company screwed up the order and sent 2 brown ties & 2 teal instead of 3 teal & 1 brown (didn't realize until that day). It bothers me when I look at the group pics and see that my husband doesn't stand out as the "Groom".

@Mrs. Murdie - I totally know what you mean. I think it would be fun to put FH in a white dinner jacket and put the boys in black jackets so he & i really stand out. The problem with navy is it can be hard to match colors in other ways, I feel like black is a bit easier...
