Using the WW Checklist Tool?

GoodMOB, on December 14, 2017 at 7:16 AM Posted in Account Support 0 6

I'm attempting to use the WW Checklist tool to make sure we don't forget things while planning. However, right now it just has this huge long list, and all of it is listed as "overdue". I know we are working on a shorter timeline than many brides do. Is there a ways to adjust the timeline, so these tasks are spread over the next 4 months, instead of all "overdue"?

It's a bit discouraging!

I don't believe so. I would just writs down what you need to accomplish and then just check it off as done from your paper. Delete what you don't need from the WW check list

I'm not sure how change all the due dates at once, but do know if you click on each item, you can customize the due dates.

You can customize each date and delete things that you don't plan to have at the wedding.

Yes you can customize the due date. However keep in mind if your wedding is in four months there is a lot to do. Generally by now you should have everything booked

Hi GoodMOB! You can edit the due date on your checklist items to make them work for your planning timeline:

    - Go to your WeddingWire Checklist

    - Click on an individual Checklist item to expand it

    - Click on the pencil icon in the tool bar to edit the item

    - Here you can edit the title, due date, and add an optional note

    - Click 'Save To-Do' to save your changes!

Or you can just export it to excel and edit it how you want. I did that and added a column for "notes" and that has helped me greatly!
