Vase, Chalkboard Sign, Floor Easel Rentals

Hi all,

I am in the process of ordering items to DIY basically everything for my wedding. For half of my centerpieces (around 10), I want to use tall flower vases or candle holders (gold or white), as I will be hand-crafting the silk floral arrangement on top. I'm also looking for chalkboard and wooden signs, along with floor easels.

I'd prefer not to purchase all of these items, but rather rent them UNLESS I can get them insanely cheap. I'm in Westchester County, NY and cannot seem to find any rental companies in my area.

Does anyone know of any rental companies with these items in this area, OR know of a website that sells these items for cheap?

    Doubt you'll find a place that rents floor easels. But Michaels had them for $9, which if combined with a 50% coupon makes it even better.

    If you need a chalk board you could find a nice frame at a garage sale get a wooden board, sand it so it’s smooth and get chalkboard paint from Walmart or Michaels. I got wooden slabs (tabletop chalk boards) at Michaels and painted them with chalk board paint any they turned out awesome! Look for tall vases at $tree or Walmart and spray paint them white or gold.

    My venue had them to borrow. My florist also rented pretty much everything I could want.

    Depending on the size of chalkboard signs you want, Walmart has smaller ones, I haven’t seen big ones though.

    Got my easel for 6 bucks at michaels! They had them on sale and I had another 25% off!

    The thing about rentals companies is that you have to rent a certain amount. If you are just looking for easels, then it would cost you more to rent because of delivery, pick up. Vases get them from Wholesale Flowers and Supplies (WF&S) and linens from CV Linens. Amazon has lots of gold votives not too expensive.
