Vegan options

I would ask her what she would prefer. There are vegan versions of everything you can think of, so it really all depends on what she likes. Coffee is vegan (maybe just have some sort of nut or oat milk for her depending on how she takes her coffee) and you can buy vegan pastries as well.

Also fruit and nuts are vegan, as are some types of granola. There's coconut milk yogurt, you could offer a parfait. Just bear in mind honey is not vegan, so you'll need to look at the granola for that.

Whole Foods has vegan croissants!

Trader Joe’s has a ton of vegan options. I’d ask them what they prefer.

Hi! I’m vegan 🌱 bagels are 95% vegan and cream cheese from kite hill (at most grocery stores) is an amazing vegan cream cheese. In terms of pastries like others say Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods have plenty and you can also get vegan creamer from most stores


Where are you located? Many places have vegan stores nearby that can cater really nice croissants as well

Hi there, how thoughtful of you to want to include some vegan items in your breakfast menu. There are lots of vegan bread options you can have the fixings for avocado toast, depending where you are some bakeries now offer vegan items including vegan donuts and muffins, a fruit platter is always a great idea, vegan pancakes, hash browns (w/o butter), egg free bagels with a vegan spread, oatmeal, coffee and tea with a nut or oat milk, vegan hot coco, juices. You ll be suprised how many tasty vegan options are available! Not sure if its available everywhere but some Starbucks now have a vegan Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. Good luck!

Yes, I have two vegan besides if you have Whole Foods bear you get vegan donuts and coffee.
