Veil above or below the updo?

I really love the veil under the updo look!

I wanted mine under, but she showed us how to put it in and the veil would have had to been inside down and i had beading and detailing on it. So, I went with over. It was fine cause I took it out after the ceremony.

Always over! Under looks likes it is about to fall out or has slipped off! Over gives the beautiful draping over your face. People will see your hair-the veil is only on for half an hour. Put it on so it will drapes nicely.

I think if you want your hair to take center stage more than just what's framing your face, a veil maybe isnt the best option even though you can see your hair under the veil. Especially a one tier. But I think under just looks silly. But that's what's great about being human. Our opinions and views are all different. It makes life interesting. I think people forget that sometimes but I love it!

I think it depends on the hairstyle. In this case they’re both different so I personally like the one under better when comparing the photos. For my wedding I had my veil above the updo tho.
