Veil at the reception?

Mine was fingertip/elbow length kind of in between. I wore it through everything. It was no inconvenience.

I plan to. It's the one day I'll ever get to wear it. I'm never taking it off! Mine is also fingertip length.

I didn't wear mine. It was too long.

I plan to keep it on until it annoys me too much. Hopefully it won't and I can wear it all night.

Perhaps. Depends on if it's annoying me after the pictures or not. I'll at least keep it on for the important dances.

Mine was elbow and I wore it almost the whole night.

Mine is chapel length, so I will be removing it after pictures.

I wore an elbow-length veil, and I surprised myself by leaving it in the entire night. If you have an up-do, the hairpins are more likely to bother you than the veil, in my opinion (or at least that was the case with me!)

Mine is cathedral, so I'll take it off. I love the look of them though. If it's not irritating you, leave your shorter veil in all night!

I'm going to wear it for. Church and some pictures and then I'm snatching it off!

I'm only wearing mine during ceremony

I took mine off after the ceremony, but this was mostly because it was my mother's from her wedding and I didn't want anything to happen to it.

I'm hoping to wear mine the whole time - but I plan to get a beaded clip/comb incase I want/need to take it out. My biggest concerns are my head bothering me, or it ripping out/catching during the hora.

I'm taking mine off as soon as the ceremony and pictures are over. I want to be able to have fun and let loose. I don't want to drag a veil around any longer than I have to. It's cathedral length.

I only wore mine for the ceremony and part of the pictures. It did not make an appearance at the reception at all. Loved it, but did not want it in my way the whole night.

I took mine off before the reception. It did not mess my hair up. After wearing it for my bridal pictures, I knew that wearing it would make me extremely hot. I had it off for the first half of the photos and even though it was June in Texas, I was fine. Once we put it on, I started feeling so hot to the point of feeling like I may pass out. I was so sweaty at the end of the reception, I can only imagine how it would have been with my veil on.

I wore mine (elbow length) the whole night. It actually fell off (I put it back on-- no biggie) but didn't significantly mess up my hair-- certainly made less of a difference than all that dancing!

I wore mine for grand entrance, 1st dance and speeches. But at dinner I took it off.
