Vendor messages issues

Hello, I am having trouble responding to vendor messages. For every vendor, it says "This vendor is no longer receiving messages". There are some vendors that I was in mid conversation with and now I can't respond to any vendors!

    Just email them from your regular email or call them. That is the most reliable way to communicate when vendors anyway.

    I agree with Meghan. I would them an email or give them a call rather than use WeddingWire. It is often faster because not every vendor checks WeddingWire compared to their email.

    i cannot message any vendor. Every vendor says “is not longer receiving messages”

    Why do i keep having this same issues ? Can't message Vendors it keep saying

    This vendor is no longer receiving messages.
