Vendor not replying to messages?

Does the double green check that shows up on messages on the wedding wire mobile app mean they viewed the message or only that it was sent?

    If you asked for information, they may be gathering it for you, so try to give them a little time. If you don't get a response within 3 days, look elsewhere Smiley winking

    If it takes a few days for them to respond see if they have a website and contract them through there. I have had a few vendors have trouble with WW messages getting stuck in their junk or spam folder. I luckily had a friend who was a mutual acquaintance to the wedding planner I was trying to hire otherwise I would have moved on to someone else. Once we connected directly through email replays came quickly. I now don't contact vendors through WW as this happened a second time when reaching out to caterers.
