Vendor response time?

I spoke with our potential caterer over the phone on April 27th about the kind of food I was thinking of having, number of guests, etc. and she told me to send her an exact list of what I want and some inspiration photos for our cake which I texted to her on May 1st. I told her no rush in getting back to me with a quote but she never texted me back to confirm that she got the information. What would be an appropriate time to check in with her and ask if she received the info? Should I just assume that she did?

    Since you told her no rush, I would maybe check in after it's been a week to see if she's had a chance to look at everything to put together an estimate.

    I would probably wait at least a week, and then follow-up to ask if she had any questions about what you sent over.
