Vendor Shoutout!

Our reception venue, hotel and florist as well as cake lady are amazing. Our reception and hotel were hit very very hard by hurricane Matthew. They have been amazing keeping us updated as to the progress. We went down there over Christmas (we are doing a destination wedding in Florida). We took a look at our vendors and could not believe the progress that has been made. The hotel is 100% open. Our reception site was swept out into the ocean since it was on a dock under a permanent tent. As we were getting ready to leave we received an email from them that the tent has come in and everything will be completely fixed by the end of January! Holy cow!!!! I can't tell you how amazing all of these vendors have been!!! Huge shout out to the restaurant Aunt Kate's, the hotel The Hampton inn on Vilano beach, our cake lady Bold City Confections, and our florist Flowers By Shirley!!!! 9 weeks away and I can't wait!!!!

If you're a St. Louis bride, Your Story Photo + Cinema are AMAZING. Melisa is a total doll and they have been so helpful recommending other vendors and helping me with a crisis just a few weeks after I booked. Our engagement photo session went perfectly, they made us feel totally comfortable. Plus they have a great FB group for their brides that's awesome for asking other brides questions and getting recommendations.
